Zylofon Media Gospel artiste Joyce Blessing says reggae songs that inspire are also gospel songs. She made this revelation on Ashh fm Ezone during her Ashanti regional tour. The ‘Monko Mo Akyi’ hitmaker told the host Nana Amoako that she listens to reggae songs from Bob Marley, Lucky Dube and other reggae artiste.
“Some of the reggae songs like ‘different colours’ inspire us to be united and live in peace with one another and I don’t know what is more gospel than living in peace with your neighbour.” Joyce said gospel has a lot of categories and some talk about peace, others inspire and some talks about salvation. ”
She also denied rumours going round that she has a problem with her former manager before joining Zylofon Media. “Nana Amoako my ex-manager held my hand, blessed me when I was launching this new album ‘Agyebum’ and I don’t think someone who has a problem with me will do that .” Joyce said she stopped working with her manager 3 months before i joined Zylofon and there is no bad blood between the two as being reported.
